How to be UNHAPPY

Being unhappy is incredibly easy to do. Here’s the one simple step to unhappy success. Think about yourself.

That’s all you have to do. Really. It’s true.

Start by thinking about how you’ve failed your entire life. Nothing’s worked out the way you planned. The career you planned never happened. The traveling you dreamed of never will happen.

Think of all the mistakes you’ve made. Dwell on them, blame yourself, curse yourself. Think about your past and the things you wish you could go back and change.

Keep your thoughts on how unfair your life has been. Remember how little you had growing up or how much you needed that you didn’t get. Think about how different things would be for you now if only you’d had those things back then.

Think about how much more money you wish you had. Think about the house you want, the job you want, the husband you want and the kids you want. Then, think about what is wrong with all the things you have now.

Are you unhappy yet? Yep, I thought so. It works every time.
